Watch hours are delivered by playing one specific video, so the video has to be long enough to accumulate them. Our supplier requires at least sixty minutes. On a ten minute video the order is accepted and then fails, and by that point the money has already moved.
If your channel has no long video, make one before ordering. A livestream recording, a compilation, a long-form tutorial, an ambient or music video: anything genuine that runs past the hour. Then point the order at that.

About the 4,000 hours and the Partner Programme
This is the honest part, and it is the reason most people land on this page, so it deserves a straight answer.
YouTube requires 4,000 valid public watch hours in twelve months, plus 1,000 subscribers, to apply for monetisation. The word doing the work in that sentence is valid. Applications are reviewed, and YouTube looks specifically for watch time that did not come from genuine viewers. Purchased hours can be discounted, and a channel that clears the bar entirely on bought traffic is exactly the pattern the review exists to catch.
So we will not tell you this gets you monetised, because we do not know that and neither does anyone selling it. What it does reliably is put watch hours on a video. Whether YouTube counts them toward your application is YouTube's call, and it is not a call you can buy.
If you decide to go ahead anyway, the sane way to use it is as a supplement to real viewing on a channel that is already growing, not as the entire source of your 4,000 hours.

Will this get my channel monetised?
We will not promise that. YouTube requires 4,000 valid watch hours and reviews applications specifically for watch time that did not come from real viewers. Purchased hours may be discounted. This adds hours to a video, it does not buy a decision that YouTube makes.
How long does delivery take?
About 150 hours a day. So 500 hours is roughly three or four days and 1,000 is about a week. Faster than that is not something the supplier offers, and it would look wrong anyway.
Do you need my password?
No. Only the public link to the video. Nobody should ever need your Google account to add watch time.
Can watch hours drop?
The service is marked non-drop, meaning the supplier does not expect them to fall off after delivery. That is separate from what YouTube counts as valid during a monetisation review.
